Terms & Conditions

The number of people occupying a cottage will be the number agreed at the time of booking and for the agreed period of let.

Check in time is any time after 4pm, unless by arrangement; check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

50% of the total charge is required as deposit at the time of booking, the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. In the event of cancellations, the deposit would be fully refunded only up to 14 days from the original booking date [excluding late bookings]; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable. 4-2 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the remaining balance is forfeit; after that period, the full balance is forfeit.

Paying by credit card will involve a charge of 2.5%.

Late bookings, ie., 4 weeks to arrival date, would require deposit and balance in full at the time of booking. Cancellations after that period would be handled as above.

In the event of failing to pay balances at least 4 weeks before arrival date, or if no contact has been made with the owners, the booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeit.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy and we ask our guests to adhere to this.

We provide these cottages in pristine condition and would appreciate our guests leaving them likewise. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us and appropriate replacement charges will require to be paid.

The use of the facilities is at the total discretion of the owners. We will ensure that all facilities are in good working order; however, guests use them at their own risk. The owners bear no liability for accidents or injuries howsoever caused; damage to equipment or facilities must be paid for. Credit card details will be held to ensure payment of any damages.

In addition, the owners bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to guests' property or possessions.
